Haynesworth will miss his usual 2-5 games per year and and so will Griff. That said, I think Tampa Bay has done enough today to essentially inform the league they plan on signing Haynesworth to the biggest contract in history of football and taking a 35M cap hit in 2009 to do it... and when we play the bucs this year, our interior linemen can thank them giving Haynesworth so much money so that he's no longer motivated to try and knock the living crap out of them.

I wasn't advocating that we would let them both go, but only that if we bring them both back, either 1) one of the two never sees the field, or 2) they both split an amount of playing time that is insignificant.
