I don't think they charged him with any race charges or her? I believe he broke the law and maybe the parents used the law to their advantage but he still broke the law. I hope when you have a daughter some 18 yr old who's in college is not trying give your daughter the sausage. especially if she is only 15. There is a big difference in maturity.

I also hope you don't pass this off as no big deal when you are having to hire a lawer for your sons defense if he should be doing the same thing. I'm sure the Judicial system would love parents who think this is no big deal.
