Holy crap...we're sinking to a D3 coach now? First we decide to hire a HC even though the guy has no head coaching OR OC / DC experience, now we hire a D3 coach?
I am REALLY trying to stay optimistic, but they are really raising my eyebrows. I hope they know what they are doing!
