I DO believe that even with the success the team enjoyed last year, Gibbs and Snyder have made a few mistakes on certain personel moves. This is NOT to say that I disagree with their veteran favored style. It's a safe way to build talent without the risk of busts. The problem is because the team has little youth to speak of, the end is in sight.

I, as a fan, would gladly endure a period of mediocrity if it meant a championship now. It appears to be Snyder's strategy.
