Personally I vote a young offensive coach that can bring in a great DC to complement him. Plus have and use an OC, not call plays himself.

Ben Johnson is being looked at because he is an excellent OC ... We hire him based on that and he Hires another OC ?? this is what I don't understand about the hire .
