He is getting the most out of an average QB. He will put an emphasis on an oline. The Lions score points w/ that average QB that McVay did not want. Get it done. It ain't that hard. He will bring the absolute best out of the QB.

You go for the best HC candidate, in my opinion MacDonald is it. He’s 36 years old, has a proven record and if you are not convinced, kicked the shit out of the forty whiners in SF. DeMeco Ryans is a defensive coach, just need to hire a good OC.
