Our society enabling bad behavior. Between a majority of football that always defend star football players because they want their team to win. To wives/girlfriends that later recant or try to change their story of getting assaulted because they do not want to ruin the star players career. How many times has the lack of video kept guilty players out of trouble.

So statistics show that NFL players get arrested less than the average US male aged 20-39, but that does raise the question are the arrest rates lower because of who they are and not because they are actually saints compared to the average American 20-39 male.
