My observations from the game: I felt the game was close until midway through the 3rd quarter. They were passing on us pretty easily, and every run they did seemed like it was a 30 or 40 yard run. This sounds very stupid, I know, but I feel like if Barkley had not caught the interception bug and tossed five of them, this may have been a very close game, and possibly a L for us. Up until that point we were giving up lots of big plays, IMO.



Our defense won't be able to do that again next week, we might pick Eli a time or two but i doubt five times. We are going to have to have another high scoring game like today to have a shot at winning. I think we can do it. I enjoyed seeing Kirk bounce back today and have a good game.

That's funny because to me once we got up 17-0 it felt like we were going to cruise to an easy win.

Anytime they landed a punch we would land 2 or 3.

We pretty much had our way with them especially with our offense.

Barkley was just terrible. They were down 20 and still trying to run the ball in the 4th, what a joke.
