This is a really bad take. First, Biden will win...that’s big. But the Democrats way underperformed again...why? If you expect people to vote for defund the police, socialism, and a government back healthcare bc dems Obamacare was a major, yuuuuuuuggggeeeee policy failure...then you don’t get it. People are voting for Trump, they are voting against policy.

Policy and platform is what matters. When I see people crying about I can’t believe “trump got this many votes”...it’s a major blind spot bc the alternative offers so very little.

The data is there...Trump expanded the base especially with minority voters. It’s because identity politics is clown based shit, ideas and policy matter more.
