Chase Minnifield was the first player to be placed on IR this season for the Redskins. Not sure how his rehab is going, but he's sure to be back next season and win a job. I still feel FS is our most pressing need. Polumbus and Hurt have done a tremendous job at the RT position. A lot of people like criticizing Polumbus, but he has been consistent.
I feel like we've been scheming to help Polumbus more than anything. Either way, I won't pretend to do enough study of our OL to say definitively one way or another. I can respect the opinion on Tanard. I guess it depends on how much cash we have floating around to get players. I don't want to depend on late round rookies to start for this team. If they win a spot, great, but I think its good to have a vet there.

Good pics from last night's game. I especially like the one with Danny wearing the Skins toboggan.

Sometimes it doesn't matter what round a player gets drafted in. Bruce Allen can surely find value in any round. Tanard Jackson himself was a 4th round draft pick and is one of the best free safeties in the NFL when he's not in trouble. Bruce Allen drafted him in Tampa Bay.

Rob Jackson, one of Vinny Cerrato's better picks, was a 7th rounder. You can always find great value at certain positions in any round of the draft.

PS -- Did Collinsworth piss anyone else off with his constant Cowboy chatter? At the end when he said "You gotta give Romo another shot here!" I just didnt get it... Come on man!

I completely agree that you can find that talent, however, I don't want to rely on those picks as rookies to make our team go. If they earn that spot, then no one will be happeier than me, just rather not thrust players that aren't ready into the spotlight.

Also add any of the Redskins Twitter feeds and you can get it line for line. Makes for a disjointed read but it's something.

Yep, watched with JR and his wife, we all had various ways of expressing how sickening his slobberfest for Romo and Dez was.

CC looked deflated when they went back to him and Al for the final time. You'd thought he was out there playing and lost that heart breaker himself. Guess he had money riding on the game?....lol
