Tell me about it. As great as Cams debut was last year, they did lose and he did throw an int if I am not mistaken. This performance tops that IMO. RG3 just looks like nothing is going to faze him. And is it just me or as explosive as Newton is, doesnt he seem to choke or always throw picks in big time situations? The biggest thing with QB's these days is clutch factor, making those big throws when it really counts. RG3 strikes me as someone who could really be a clutch qb. That throw to paulsen for the 1st down was phenomenal.

Yep, and the kids too slow he doesnt move around in the pocket very well. Arm strength is what im most concerned about. The way he lobbed that one over to Davis in the sideline, jeesh damn you Bruce Allen.

A guy I worked with seriously tried to tell me that all he threw was screens and that he wasn't impressed.

The screen passes are getting way too much play. Lots of QBs, even well established ones, start games with a few gimme throws, especially season openers. Look at Breezy's first few passes. After the first drive, RGIII didn't throw another screen the whole game.

And with the Skins in control most of the game (they were up 30-14 at one point), why in the hell would anyone expect RGIII to be throwing bombs down the field?!?!? One of the articles posted here, I think it was the back to college article, highlighthed the discrepency between Brees and RGIII in passes over 20 yards. Hello? Brees was playing from behind. Does the hail mary at the end count?

All things considered, RGIII was amazing. Period.
