Rib steak thread mentioned bacon. And I recently found and fell in love with bacon from
Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country Hams. A buddy of mine introduced me to this awesome bacon, and when my family and I went down to see my Wife's Dad in Tennessee, we stopped by to get some. Then when he came up for Christmas, my present was 20 lbs of this swine-tacular delicacy. It puts any other bacon I've ever had to shame.

It's a 4 lb minimum on mail order, and they are at 4-6 week turnaround right now, but it's well worth it.
