To clear this up, and to protect the franchise's most valuable asset, you remove that decision from Mike. This isn't overreacting. Did they not look at RGIII after that roll-out when he hurt himself again? Is our medical team that incompetent or is our coach that stubborn?

Mike appears not competent enough to judge when to pull a player due to health issues, so simply take that away from him and leave the X's and O's.

It's either one of two things. Bad coaching decision or bad medical staff. The only way you find out is remove the choice from the coach and it continues, you know to replace your medical staff.
