I wouldn't consider moving Cousins until he's coming up on his last year here under contract. Until then, let's enjoy having a quality backup QB.

Ding ding ding. We have a winner.
For some reason, i had thought that under the new CBA, 4th-7th round picks signed 3 year contracts, but the standard is 4 years for all drafted players. So we can keep Cousins for the next 2 seasons and trade him before the 2015 season. I would recommend drafting another QB in 2014 to be third string to learn from RGIII/cousins before potentially stepping into the primary backup role in 2015.
Of course, the 2013 offseason is somewhat unique. There are no really good QBs in the draft and, like always, lots of NFL teams needing a quarterback. Its possible a team with a GM/coach on the hotseat and desperate for a QB would offer a 1st rounder. It would be very foolish of them to do so for Cousins, but it would be hard to turn down a first.
