I think just about everybody loved Banks at first.He's turned out to be nothing special,which is bad enough without his terrible decision making.
I was glad we didnt sign Jacoby,I watched a lot of Texans games and was not impressed,he was very inconsistant.I dont know what kind of receiving yr he's had,but he's def been better than Banks in the return dept
