#16 out of 32 says "exactly average" to me, not necessarily "leagues better centers", but I get your point..
As far as Davis and Toudouze -- would they have fit into the zone blocking system? I'm guessing Shanny / Allen know about all the O-linemen out there and passed on these, and I'd trust them.
