Not at all. First off, both have top 5 FO in the league. Both always seem to find guys to replace their fading talent. Check what Pittsburg did in the draft...drafted a couple studs for the Oline. They will be fine.
These teams depend on the draft to grow their teams and dont go out and spend stupid money. Seems to work.
