Well the honest truth is it means a lot more off camera than on camera. Every year we talk (well talked since I'm not there now) about should we keep it and if we do what changes should be made.
Not of my suggestions (which I honestly can't recall) were implemented...sigh
But yeah, it brings a lot of off-camera, behind the scenes value to the company.
