RG3 is a vast improvement over our QBs last year, but he is not going to automatically going to make avg receivers better. Look at Cam last year, he has the skills, but Steve Smith helped A LOT. I just don't trust Vincent with money. Especially with his track record. I would rather sign Winston and improve our Oline cause in the end football comes down to Olines vs Dlines, I also feel that receiver is one of those postions where you can find hidden gems in later rounds in the draft. Broyles for example if he recovers which reports say he is could be a great slot receiver. Adams from Arkansas had an impressive senior bowl and at one point was in heisman talk and he might drop cause of a bad 40 time. I just see receivers around the league and where they were drafted and think that they are similar to running backs in terms of value, Unless either of the Johnsons or Fitzgeralds are free agents, I don't see the need to pay a lot of money to a receiver.
