Terrell Thomas has a knee injury so I'm a little skeptical, but yes, he is a great CB when healthy.
Finnegan, like him or hate him, is a great CB, he's just not liked because he picks fights with other teams WR's. He is a pro bowler for a reason. Carr though is my first choice, but I'm worried that the Cowgirls are getting him and LaRon.
