I think this sums up why I wouldn't want Green coaching our secondary. I don't think he would be an effective communicator to his guys, simply because his own experiences were a combo of unique talent and hard work. He wouldn't be working with a group of guys as talented as he was, and I don't think he can effectively communicate with his players the way a successful coach needs to.
