Thats cheating. Coordinating with someone to add or drop a player when adding and dropping players is legal, isn't cheating in my eyes, but to some it is.

Its like saving a parking spot in a busy mall parking lot, during the holidays. Or its like going back for seconds and thirds on a free sample of something. Its frowned upon, but perfectly legal and acceptable.
