I know everyone is in love with Andrew Luck but this guy is a franchise qb.

I will agree that there is a lot to like about Foles. But I disagree about the arm part. IMO the guy does not have such a strong arm, so he throws a lot of rainbows which may connect in college but won't in the NFL. In the NFL he will need to throw more ropes rather than rainbows.
