Hopeless in the nuances English language like fair chunk of people, you failed to comprehend that being a "fit" for anything does not necessarily mean you are going to be pursued and obtained for use. There is no backpedaling, only your failure to comprehend the nuance. I'm sure a BMW or Mercedes would "fit" alot of people, but they sure as hell ain't gonna buy one barring lottery wins or the like.
Lloyd is a #1. However, New York has Cruz and Nicks, Philly has Maclin and Jackson, and Dallas has Austin and Bryant. There is no way Lloyd is going to crack those pairings. We have Moss and Gaffney. Gaff is a good possession receiver but can be bumped down. Moss is not the elite deep threat anymore. Lloyd would be the #1 here, so indeed, he is a fit here.
