Did you read the discussions in the ESPN power rankings thread? Power rankings are stupid, and there isn't going to be any intelligent discussion about them or the writers, considering they're written by national pundits whose go to line is "this team has no qb so they're doomed to fail."
You're not likely to find intelligent discussion about that, especially considering we're ranked so low. Even if we were ranked in the top 10, I wouldn't care. They are just made to create discussion. It's always the same discussion though. If your favorite team is ranked low, most likely the discussion will be about why the teams play the game, because words mean nothing. If your team is ranked high, the discussion is probably going to be about what a boost of confidence it is (Not that I would know, considering the Skins have been ranked 10th or higher probably like 5 times in the decade I've been a fan), or how we think we could beat (Insert Contender Here) because we're ranked higher than them (which I don't think people would be stupid enough to actually think that, but you never know).
Either way, my entire point is, power rankings are stupid. And that's the only argument you'll get out of me. There used to be a time when I was young and naive enough to care what the power rankings thought (check the threads I've created over the years for an example or two), but I'm a little bit older and wiser now
