The Skins will announce their cuts later tonight, according to
this post on the NFC (B)east blog on ESPN. It remains to be seen if any trades have happened, since the deadline to get to 53 has already passed (6 pm). 23 confirmed cuts have already happened, check my above post for names. Either way we'll know all the details by the end of tonight, but more roster moves will probably be made in the coming days.
