The answer is the employer has to pay the medical bills from his employees being injured on the job. Why is the NFL any different than Arbys?

There is a very big difference in Arbys workmans comp and playing a profesional sport,the teams do provide medical with first rate doctors, but that isn't what these ex players are suing for.
