Now obviously KC is benefiting from having some very good playmakers in guys like Charles and Bowe but I think this might at least be something worth considering with our draft picks this year.

That's more of a coincidence then anything else. I remember browsing 100's of draft profiles and virtually every player I looked at was a team captain. Most teams at most have 2 or 3 pro prospects and a lot of times talent and on field impact is enough to get you voted as a captain. So half the time it could say nothing about a players leadership abilities.
