Any time a term is used in law, the COLLOQUIAL definition of the term must be thrown out the window.

In the case of malice, the definition is:

On a separate note, Snyder indeed bullshitted with the cancer card big time. Did he even read the article? The "accusation" in the article is that she was basically was a shill playing "personal transformation" card, as if he pulled a St. Paul-like transformation for making a mere HIRING decision.
