The formula has some merit but there are certainly exceptions to the rule and other factors that have to be considered more than these 3 categories.

Considering Shanny liked him enough last year where he would have considered taking him at #4, taking him at #10 this year shouldn't be ruled out or come as a surprise if it happens.
