Honestly don't see anything about Jake Locker (outside of his athleticism) that I find impressive. I'll give him his credit he'll make a couple of incredible plays, but for the most part he's ineffective.

The Huskies program has significantly improved in the last couple of years from 0-12 to a Bowl Game, in no small part to Locker.
