His passing stats are pretty solid though. He was on pace to shatter the Big Ten passing percentage record til he tore his Achilles. If he played through, Northwestern would have garnered a better record, bowl game, and maybe a bowl win. Many had him picked for the Big Ten MVP. Plus the guy is smart as hell. If I am not mistaken, he already is in grad school. If Philly thought enough about Kafka to draft him, why couldn't we take a shot at Persa. Persa is a way better passer than Kafka was, and he loves the weight room. He won "The Big Cat" award for his work in the weight room. I know it is a gamble, but shoot any draft pick is a gamble.
