When players dont produce they are let go, and the same goes for coaching staffs. I totally feel that Snyder has and is doing everything possible to build a championship organization. And I'm not sure you have noticed but replacing the coach every year to two years has not made the Washington Redskins successful. The idea that you keep switching the system if it doesn't work in the first year is about as foolish as lighting a cigarette while being drenched with gasoline.
