So now that's 2 coaching staffs that have been less than sold on Rogers. I really don't get what fans see in that guy. I don't think he starts in half of the good secondaries in the league.

In our world: acknowledgement of player being injured and missing games = not being sold on said player.
We also live in a world where DeAngelo Hall goes to three pro-bowls in a mediocre career, and where Casey Rabach gets extensions so long as he can keep on keepin on. So there's plenty to complain about.
Rogers also won this award, which is just as good as a pro bowl nomination:
