good article i love the bog, found this part rather interesting

this was inregards to benching one starting qb for another. guess it's safe to say the old man doesn't learn from his mistakes huh? i really hope i'm wrong but i just don't see this type of philosphy that shanahan is trying to implement working in todays nfl.
