We don't produce pressure and so we don't produce big plays, despite having guys like Haynesworth, Orakpo, Fletcher, and others on defense. The defense bends, bends, bends, and occasionally breaks. While they don't let teams score 30 points on a consistent basis, they consistently fail to get a lot of 3 and outs and don't make the plays that they should.
Moreover, there are telltale signs of poor coaching. How many missed tackles have we seen over the past 3 weeks? That's Coaching 101. It's one thing if DBs are biting on play-action to often, it's quite another if they can't tackle. I just don't have any faith in this defense.

Great Post! I'm tired of Blache getting a pass. We need o-linemen but instead we give him more and more weapons to work with and can't get off the GD field. Our "D" made a rookie QB look like an all-pro. He needs to be held accountable and I'm tired of his BS excuses. And how F'ing smart do you have to be to play Orakpo at DE?
