I would argue that the offense has taken a step back from Gibbs 2.0 and that an experienced offensive coach and playcaller would be scoring more points with this team.

Or Zorn as the playcaller and someone like a Fassel to be the headcoach and say "No Jim, we're not going to run an option pass on 3rd down in the red zone. Pick another play"
