Well, to say that the Rams and Pats didn't hoist the Lombardi trophy in the years where their offenses broke records is a little misleading, seeing as how both teams won Super Bowls with basically the same squads, and they each at least
made it to the Super Bowls in the years in which their offenses were particularly stellar.
