This is BS...
That scoreboard is comparable to a fan interrupting game play...and if you went to the Bears vs. Skins game in 07' you'd know how fans are dealt with when they disrupt live gameplay.
It has no business affecting ANY live game play but apparently the NFL thinks it does....completely foolish of Goodell and the NFL. I know that Jerry Jones has a lot of clout with the league so that could be a reason the league is so willing to comply with this.
There are already tons of disadvantages that come to mind just from the top of your head. The league is suppose to be there to make sure all games are fairly conducted.
How blatant does the game play disruption have to be for it to be resolved by the league?...So far the scoreboard is batting %1.000 in live game play disruptions.
