Well people lie all the time to get money out of wealthy people. It goes both ways. Could he have done it? Anything is possible. But some things are less possible. If a good looking guy that's very wealthy/famous and has hot girlfriends needs to rape an average looking girl that's a head case then that's something he has to live with. It comes down to her word against his.
