Someone please expain why the race card is being used on/for JC?

JC is a QB trying to lead our team to Miami. All of the race crap is pointless, If he was a white QB we'd still be having the same discussion. He just needs to not force throws, gain some accuracy, and take shots downfield (although part of that is Zorn). If he does that I see us winning no less than 10 games.
