Yes it does,isn't that what all this is about ...going to the Super bowl?A QB rating means squat,you might play in a bad climate and that effects your rating ...who knows,how many times did a WR or RB tip a ball in the air for an INT,maybe you ran a boat load.Romo had a great team all around him and when it matter he choked.I would say Marino or Tarkington would give back some of thier ratings ..or records for a ring.You don't think one super bowl run matters,well how many fans or players would love to have had the run Eli and that team had.QB ratings were something invented by fantasy football players.they mean nothing becuase at the end of the season it's wins and loss's.
