Romo's QB ratings in his three years are 95.1, 97.4, and 91.4, so he's definately going to hang around in the top ten for some time.

Eli has 77.0, 73.9, and 86.4 over the same timeframe.
McNabb has 95.5, 89.9, and 86.4 despite a gradually improving supporting cast. He's in decline.
And Campbell: 76.5, 77.6, and 84.3, or pretty much exactly Eli, but with a declining cast.
