I agree with you here, but shouldn't the same concept imply to outsiders judging a man's intangibles? We can't--literally are not reasonably capable--of seeing or evaluating intangibles. I have my questions that even the coaches, or other
insiders, are capable of grading intangibles. So if coaches can't neccessarily see intangibles, and if we can't see them, do they matter?
This, essentially, is Matty's argument above.
