I bet if you stuck Norv in at NE they wouldn't miss a beat....as long as you had the vets, strong GM and defensive coordinator.

Norv would ruin NE pretty quick, let's not kid ourselves. Saying NE wouldn't miss a beat is a pretty big insult to Belichick, who despite being hated by most fans is a pretty damn good coach, one of the best in fact.
