d151b, I assume you're looking for the rosters for the historical teams. For the Redskins, you can use Extremeskins' roster database:

Just select the year of the roster you're looking for, and it will pull up all the info you need, except depth charts. I haven't found a site with historical depth charts, though you can probably figure out who's who, by comparing the player attributes (height, weight, experience) on Madden to the roster info from the database.
For other teams, you can use this site:

That one's really only good for finding out who was on a team's roster in a particular year. No depth charts, no numbers; though you may be able to decipher who's who on Madden by cross-referencing the player's position and years of experience with the player/roster information from this site.
