The Eagles had a top three defense last year and lost only their oldest player, so they figure to still be in the top five, maybe top seven.
They are going to add parts on offense in the draft. Right now, I think their OL is a bit suspect, but losing LJ Smith is addition by subtraction, and the receivers could be a dominant unit for the first time since 2004 there.
Still, their offense will only be somewhere between top half and top ten.
Either way, they have the best chance of anyone in the division at hitting 11 wins. Certainly not the only chance though.
