I don't know for sure, but the impression I got here (meaning here at work) was that Kiper (as of two days ago) thought Sanchez would be the 13th pick, but not necessarily picked by the Redskins at 13.
Regardless, he'll change his pick again in two weeks
Plus, I don't think Sanchez makes it past 10 anyway.
