I think your point is something like: having Landry is better than having Okoye and Kenny Phillips (as an example of someone we might have drafted instead). I pointed out that Landry had a down year last year (something that Okoye also had). You can't dispute that, all you said was that Landry runs really fast and hits like a truck. Great, but, I don't care.
He's got issues with play diagnosis and tackling. He makes a lot of mistakes still. He's a second year player, and he's going to get better for sure. But I still think Okoye, who is only going to be 22 this year, is a much better prospect.
I don't know what that's confusing you so much. Perhaps I was unclear.

Sounds eerily similar to the analysis of a safety we drafted in 2004 early on in his career.
