Apparently, after cutting Washington and restructuring ARE, CArter, Samuels, and Griffin, we are now 6M under the cap.

If we cut Springs and Taylor, that would put us about 22M under, if i'm not mistaken. We could probably sign Hall and be 14-16M under. Thats plenty of money to make some other, smaller moves to upgrade our team.
